Refunds & Returns

We hope that you instantly fall in love with your Parnassus product, but if you don’t please get in touch at info@parnassusleather.co.uk. Please be mindful that our leather is a fully natural product. Every hide is unique and will have variations, marks or scars, which are items that we celebrate. Over time, your leather will age beautifully into unique products you can cherish for many years.

We are unable to accept returns on items that are damaged or are not returned in their original condition.  

Return Period

To facilitate a smooth return process, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to let us know that you are not happy with your purchase.

Products must reach us within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Please be aware that it is the responsibility of the buyer to bear the expenses associated with returning your item to us.

Please use a traceable postage service and include your name and address details.

Care & Packaging For Rrreturns

We take great care in delivering luxury products of the highest quality, ensuring they are beautifully wrapped and securely packaged upon arrival.

If you are seeking to return an item, you as the buyer are responsible for all return costs. Please also ensure all products are returned in their original condition.

Please ensure special attention is paid to the packing of any returned orders. When sending items back to us, kindly pack the items in a manner that prevents damage to the leather, as refunds cannot be issued for damaged items.

Refunds

We strive to process refunds promptly. Upon receiving, inspecting, and approving the returned products, we will issue a refund for the full product amount (excluding shipping charges) within 7 days.

Exchanges

Regrettably, as we produce our products in small batches, we are currently unable to guarantee exchanges. Should you wish to exchange a product, please return the item and place a new order.
