Each year we produce a limited number of one or two leather colours in batches of hides. For this reason, the stock numbers for each colour vary. If we are out of stock of a certain colour, please register your interest in purchasing this item in your preferred colour. This will help us, as a small business, to understand the demand for each colour and inform our decision on how the hides should be finished on a yearly basis. We will then update you on when more stock has come in.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

When your order has been placed we will email you with an order confirmation. We aim to ship your order within one week or two weeks of being placed dependant on the product purchased.

For the following products our normal shipping is within one week of the purchase date:

Self Lined Belts, Pleated Belts, Washbags, Tear Drop Keyrings, Pleated Keyrings.

For the following products our normal shipping is within two weeks of the purchase date:

Backpacks, Bucket Bags, Envelope Purses, Glasses Cases, Round Keyrings.

Packaging

All goods are packed in card boxes. We don’t require someone to be at home to receive them.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges are £5.00 so small products and £10.00 for large products and will be added to your invoice. Please note deliveries are restricted to UK mainland only.

The following products fall under our small product shipping charges of £5:

Tear Drop Keyrings, Pleated Keyrings, Round Keyrings, Envelope Purses, Glasses Cases, 

The following products fall under our large product shipping charges of £10:

Backpacks, Bucket bags, Self Lined Belts, Pleated Belts, Washbags.

Occasionally delivery delays can occur which are outside of our control.

Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation of despatch email with your tracking information included.

Delivery method: Royal Mail First Class 48 Hour Tracked

Delivery cost: £5.00 for small products and £10.00 for large products.
Estimated delivery time: 1 week plus 48hr shipping or 2 weeks plus 48hr shipping depending on the product ordered.  

International Shipping Policy

Presently we are not able to offer International Shipping.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Parnassus is not responsible for any customs and/or taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of You, as the customer.

Damages

Parnassus is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and take photos where possible.
